 How to face an Interview 



Nowadays before interview we have to send resume to employer and expect call from them.

Mostly emails being the communicating medium.

When to Send the resume?

Resume may be send in  morning hours as if HR personnel receives the mail in opening hours.

But if we send our mail after 2 p.m , we may not receive the reply on the same day. If it is not possible 

to send the mail before 2 p.m try to send it after 6 pm.

After getting reply be prepared for interview/counselling.


Following are tips/steps to be followed to face interview or counselling:


1) Introduce yourself with full name and greetings. Thank for the opportunity given to you.

2) You may tell your attitude towards new job.

3) Your past position, companies name, year of experience and your achievements (i.e you have increased productivity by 10 %).

4) Your most recent position/ qualification. If your college is renowned only then mention otherwise avoid.

5) Tell them your skills, additional qualification. Additional knowledge of language i.e french, German, etc.

6) Your hobbies, i.e i m a good runner , which gives me good health, enemy & making friends/relations etc.

7) Family- Like my father is a farmer, I help him from my savings.

8) Why are you fit for this Job

  • Although I love my current role, I want to take challenging role in your company
9)  You may write down your introduction for all the interviews & may use the tips as per relevancy.

10) Maintain eye contact with all the members of interview panel, keep smiling and sound happy.

11) You may produce before them proof of previous performance.
